I have found myself not posting on media even more

I have found myself not posting on media even more than "before"

I have had things happen.

I finished my first blanket. I have reconnected with people. Fixed our patio with Chris. Had some trees removed that fell on our fence. Smoked some chicken. Baked some cookies.
Celebrated my 5th Anniversary yesterday.

You know, the stuff. The social media stuff. I just don't feel like posting.
I feel like being alone. By myself type of alone.
Is anyone else feeling that way?

Buttermilk biscuit success!!! Yay! Finally!!! Soft, yummy biscuits from scratch 🙂 I am honestly so proud of me. Every previous batch of homemade biscuits I have ever made have been repurposed as crackers. This is huge.

Anyone else having fun trying new kitchen techniques?

Working on a project today. Got the base coat done

Working on a project today. Got the base coat done, the image sketched, and 3 colors on before I realized that one of my colors was wrong.

Now it's back to the paint store and hopefully be able to squeeze in enough hours tomorrow to finish.

Oh, but in the meantime I get to wait for a ride because my amazing husband took my car for an alignment today and picked up our kids from their sleepover.

But now that I am out early, the kids are napping and I don't want to go down the no nap road.

So I sit. Have a snack. Post to Insta. Breathe. It will all work out in the end.

Last night was a late one! (hence the goofy faces!

Last night was a late one! (hence the goofy faces!) Faith and I wrapped up the first stage of our multi-part project to repaint the dementia ward of Boulder Manor!

We had so much fun painting for these ladies and are looking forward to working with them through this large project.

I am really quite honored to be bringing some nature, love, light, and safety to some of our most vulnerable citizens.
